The Law RK on the questions of protection of people’s rights on personal privacy became operative since December, 26, 2009. Therefore, distribution of information about private life of a person which is secret is forbidden in public speech or in mass media without his consent.

Anonymous addresses are not subject to consideration. The anonymous address is an address without name of the author, electronic digital signature, post address of the applicant.

If there is breach of the above-named requirements such addresses will be removed.
